Shrink bag PentaVac®

DSC 0107The multilayer synthetic sleeve is the basis for producing of shrinkable bags. Raw materials, supplied for the production, are of high quality, certified and meet the requirements of the international standard system of food safety management. The products have approvals for human health safety.


Physical and mechanical characteristics of the package provide:

- safety of consumer indicators of packaged product;

- exclusion of drying and preservation of output;

- exclusion of deformation of the product during transportation;

- prolongation of the shelf life of the packaged product


The main features of shrinkable bags:

-high barrier properties (provide long shelf-life of product with saving of its weight and organoleptic indicators till the time of product using );

-high shrinkage properties (provides dense fitting of the product, emphasizing on its form and relief);

- strength (excludes the risk of damage of packaging upon transportation and storing of the product);

- transparency;

- wide range – three types of bags (КS - round bottom sealed bag, DS - straight bottom sealed bag, PS - two sides sealed bag); delivery of bags on tape is possible;

-wide range of usage

Shelf life of bags is 24 months.

For the convenience of use in manufacturing, bags in the quantity of 250 items are packed in a separate polyethylene sack, which is hermetically sealed and put in carton box)

The company provides additional services in design, printing and producing flexible printing form (clishe).

PrJSC PentoPak has its own modern equipment for printing on synthetic casings and shrinkable bags.
